Covid Policy

Your safety and wellbeing are our utmost priority and we would like to reassure you that we are continuously monitoring all government advice.

If you are due to travel in the coming weeks, we understand that you may feel anxious as we all transition back to a more normal way of life. There is a responsibility on all of us to keep ourselves and each other safe, even though official restrictions are easing. Please be respectful of your fellow travellers and staff so that everyone can have an enjoyable holiday!

We have taken many measures to safeguard your holiday, which you can read about below and we have worked closely with our coach/hotel partners to ensure all health and safety guidelines are met. We want to ensure you travel with complete peace of mind on our next tour.

Coach Safety Measures

  • We will ensure that you will not be seated next to anybody you aren’t travelling with. Your seats will be allocated and will not change throughout the entirety of your holiday, giving you peace of mind before you depart.
  • If you’re travelling alone, you are guaranteed to be seated at the window with an empty seat to the side of you.
  • Although face masks are now a ‘personal preference’ we still recommend you wear a face mask when travelling on our coaches and in crowded places.
  • We will provide hand sanitiser on board the coach that must be used upon entrance and exit of the vehicle.
  • Onboard toilets will be available on all journeys, however, the facility can only be used in an emergency due to covid-19 restrictions.
  • Do not travel if you’re experiencing any Coronavirus symptoms. These include a high temperature, a new continuous cough, or loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.
  • Advise us immediately if you have been contacted by the Track and Trace system within 7 days to your departure with reference to cancelling your reservation, as you will not be permitted to travel

Drivers

Your coach driver may be a familiar face that you've travelled with before, or may be someone new. All of our drivers are friendly, professional and fully trained and aware of COVID-19 protocols, and are there to assist throughout your journey – they are always on hand.

Face Covering Exemptions

In settings where face coverings are required, there are some circumstances where people may not be able to wear a face covering.

If you are medically exempt from wearing a face covering, please bring proof of this on your holiday. If you have a lanyard to show that you are medically exempt, we encourage you to wear this.

Customers are exempt if:

  • You are under 11 years of age.
  • You have a physical or mental impairment, disability or health condition that makes putting on or removing a face-covering difficult, or a condition that could be affected by wearing a face covering, such as breathing difficulties, as confirmed by a medical practitioner.
  • You have any communication needs that require you to lip read.
  • You are visually impaired.
